Not sure which tool to use, or need help understanding a count? Send us a quick message and we will point you in the right direction. We aim to reply within 2–3 business days.
Tool feedback
If a tool is missing a feature you need, or you have an idea for a new tool, we want to hear it. Tell us what you need and why it would be useful — we read every message.
Bug reports
Found something that does not work as expected? Describe what happened, what you expected, and which tool you were using. A sample of the text that triggered the problem helps us fix it faster.
Privacy questions
TextLimits processes all text in your browser — nothing is uploaded or stored on our servers. If you have questions about how the site works or how we handle data, email us and we will explain clearly.
